We encourage (but not required) that each year a player plays baseball that they increase their bat size and weight so that by the time they get to high school the are swinging the required weight of -3BBCOR.

Bat Recommendations and Standards

Baseball Bat Requirements:

10U: Recommend a drop size of -10, -11 or -12

11U: Recommend a drop of -10 or -11

12U: Recommend a drop of -8 or -10

13U: Must use a bat with a drop  -5 or -8

14U: Must use a bat with a drop -5

All bats must have a USSSA (recommended) or USA stamp on the bat.

Softball Bat Requirements

Bats can not be longer that 34" and weigh more than 31 ounces.

We highly recommend to stay away from any bat that is stamped with USA and BBCOR.  These bats have restrictions that do not allow the ball to travel as far as it can.
